Anything good on T.V. these days?

So yeah, been trying to get into some new T.V. series, but nothing has really caught my eye. Terra Nova LOOKED interesting, but not so much anymore. I mean, besides Breaking Bad...what's worth watching these days?

Heh,

I haven't watched anything "new" in ages. We still watch Frasier, MASH, Antiques Roadshow, and The Muppet Show.

Well, I gues something new that we do watch, but it's not widely accessable, is Drew Carey's Improv-a-ganza. It's like the American version of Whose Line Is It Anyway that he used to do.....but taped live, on a Vegas stage, without censors :) Think it's on GameShow Network.

I don't watch much tv anymore, but when I do, it's hardly ever on network tv. Usually I'll find myself watching things like Pawn Stars, Ice Road truckers, or American Pickers...as well as the occasional rerun from decades past. Sometimes I'll find myself watching Antiques Roadshow, at least when I can remember when it's on.

Yeah, I was looking for more dramatic shows.
& House is alright, but it's gotten stale these past few seasons.

I've never gotten into any of these mainstream Emmy winning shows like House, Breaking Bad, Mad Men or Boardwalk Empire. None of these shows really attracted my attention, but the only show that has come out recently and has gained my full attention is something different. I decided to watch an episode of Game of Thrones online a few months ago, before I knew it it was 2 am and I had just finished watching the last episode of the ten episode first season. This show is a masterpiece and is deserving of far more then the 2 Emmies it won or even the 13 it was nominated for. This show is the reason why I now want my favourite books and games to be made into an HBO series instead of a few movies, this show has single-handedly restored the faith I had in book adaptations that Eragon had severely crippled.

advlt Swim: Metalocalypse, Venture Brothers, Squidbillies, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Robot Chicken
Nicktoons: Avatar the Last Airbender (although its already over, but still reruns if you haven't watched it), Dragonball Z Kai (A remastered and recut version of the classic anime)
