Hi I pre ordered rage for pc and have the anarchy edition and it appears to have downloaded the extra content (jeep,armor and sewer level) however I do not have the Crimson Elite Armour nor do I have the jeep. Is there an issue with the content or do I not get this stuff until later in the game. Any info would be appreciated!

You'll have the option to select it when you pick a new outfit in Wellspring

I have read from Gstaff that you get those when you reach Wellspring. Check the OTHER thread asking the same thing.
