I'm trying REALLY hard here not to use any curse words and/or threaten the life of whoever is the ..... let's just say ignorant who chose not to sell digitally this game to Romania and apparently other East European Countries, Russia included.
I've checked steam, direct2drive, impulse. NONE sell this game to Romania. I have NEVER had any issues of this kind with ANY other game since Steam started it's existence!!!!

In case you want to answer with some stupid reply like 'your internet connection is too slow' let me put that thought to rest.
This is my HOME internet connection, uncapped, no strings attached, no university campus or any other tricks. I pay 8 Euros / month for it
