So has ANYONE actually received their REFUND or CREDIT?

So for those who have requested, demanded and asked for REFUNDS or CREDIT for their broken copies of RAGE. Has anyone from any multi-platform media source actually received a REFUND or CREDIT yet?

Pref looking for STEAM as they seem like the only ones competent enough to give you a REFUND or CREDIT.

No but Steam ban me for ASKING in forums for CREDIT (deleted 7 posts about asking for a credit) then ban me.
