Ok ill admit,

right out of the box, i was pretty upset, however i also own brink and the first week that came out it had many problems aswell, such as being limited to 30fps, and that bothered me, since im very familiar with the IDTECH engines, such as quake2 and quake3
i know the commands pretty well, anywho my point here is, for some reason john carmacks launch's never pan out too well(doom 3 Brink) but after the bugs get sorted the games end up being pretty damn good.

so basically i made a custom config, and i set rage.exe's profile to single card in nvidia control panel, and it runs mint, i will admit tho i hate the fact that i cant use my SLI and that some of the textures are pretty low res, that kinda svcks considering i have a beast of a rig
and a 42inch LED tv i play it on, so i really hope this texture pack better be coming and it better be free, if i have to pay for a DLC texture pack im boycotting id lol, but overall ive been playing for about 2 hours now and the game really kicks ass,
runs at 60FPS all settings way up, and textures set to 8192 in the config and not a single drop in frames. I really dont understand why everyone is freaking out so bad, well with nvidia equipment anyway.

3x nVidia Geforce GTX470's in SLI Oced to 750/1500/1710 @ 1037mV (Currently in Dual SLi and Card #3 running Physics, I Only use this setup for RAGE)
Everything is liquid cooled aswell, the game only uses like an average of 70% of card #1 so it doesnt get over 30c

but ya runs great, great game, has a big feel like Fallout3 to it, but wayyyy better IMHO
