Acrobat.com? Adobe AIR? What Are They For?

I have something called "Acrobat.com" and "Adobe AIR" installed on my computer. My computer came with them. What are they for? Do I need them?

Why don't you try running them? Adobe Acrobat is some program for reading PDFs, I think.

Adobe Reader allows you to read PDFs. I tried running Acrobat.com, but it wanted me to agree to something... which I won't do until I know what it is.

You don't need third party software that comes with your computer, uninstall it if you want.

Okay, I uninstalled them.

But what about Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX and Adobe Flash Player 11 Plugin? I need those, right?
