I have bought Rage this morning, 3 DVD's and am still trying to install it, I have created a steam account, for some reason steam is downloading the game, i don't want to download it as I have it on two DVD's but can't seem to stop the download , when I insert the dvd I get the option to play when I click play the grey Steam box pops up saying "Preparing To Launch Rage" but nothing happens, Any ideas anyone ? I have been tryingt his now for four hours.

Update, the grey box has popped up again, it now says "Updating Rage" "Ready To Play In 2hours 40minutes" WTF, I have three DVD's why can't I just play NOW.

Maybe this helps:
Rightclick in steam on rage and select "delete local content". This will cancel the download.
Then close steam (exit) and start the install from the DVD. It should start steam automatically again but this time, install from the DVD instead of wanting to download the game.
