Hello.
I am having a problem entering the Sewer near the Ark. It shows "You need downloadable content", I have the anarchy pack installed ( I have the weapons ) but it seems I can't enter it.
Do I need to do some special quest or what?

Did you buy a new game it is supposed to come with a code i believe.

I bought the game new, for PC. On steam.

When I check the DLC for Rage, it stands that Anarchy is "installed".

I don't know about the PC version, but the PS3 version I have I had to DL two files (one for the Anarchy Edition stuff, and one for the sewar missions)...hope thais helps!
