So I missed a single card near the start of the game, and guess what, now I need to do an entire full playthrough just to get ALL the cards again for the achievement.

This is my only gripe about the game.

The cards should NOT be put in a spot you cant go back to to get them.

I completely agree with that. However I will play it again most likely so it's not that upsetting to me. (My second playthrough I'll use a guide)

The way I look at it is if the game is good enough for me to even care about completing the achievements, then its good enough that I will play it again. Since the cards seem to be located next to their namesakes, I will know where to search more thoroughly next time.
