Too short; more, more, more!

I've just finish playing RAGE on Nightmare difficulty, and doing as my sluggish pace has me clocking in around 15hrs.
I've done every side mission and %100 collector cards, and easter eggs (which were great).

But now, with the exception of a few Jumps, the wasteland is pretty bare.

I loved Wellspring, and when I got to Subway Town I was equally impresses, but the game ended too abrupty after reaching Subway Town. I would also have liked the game to finish more open-ended.

Games like Borderland, and Fallout seemingly never end because there is so mand side missions, and even after 100% completion you can still roam, loot, and kill.
Most games I love (as much as Rage) I'll play again but much slower, savoring the setting and progress. Unfortunitely, since I have the strategy guide, I know I've done nearly everything, and there isn't enough "roaming in the wasteland" to keep looting/killing.

RAGE will forever go down as one of my favorite experiences, but the lack of content left after main plot completion leaves little to desire in a second playthrough.

To stress how little my second playthrough has left me with; I have got "Got catch em all", "minigamer", completed campaign on Nightmare difficulty.
The only Achievements left are Legends of the Wasteland which I look forward too. I'm usually not a "Trophy hunter" but thats how much I like RAGE!

I would have loved 2 simple features (maybe 3 if it isn't in there and I missed it....

Spoiler

1.) The ability to REPEAT missions, since you do 90% of your stuff for cash/engineering goods, let me keep doing the same mission (though I guess I can go inside and kill punks, I never tried doing it more than a mission would allow)

2.) The ability to KEEP PLAYING after you WIN THE GAME, enjoy my ride and guns over some mutant corpses

3.) The ability to go back and forth between the Wasteland (Wellspring) and Eastern Wasteland (Subway Town) (maybe there was and I missed it). Granted, Marshall tells you "make sure you're ready to move on before you leave", but there was still things to repeat, and the same for the last mission, he tells you clearly "This is your FINAL MISSION..."

I wish I could continue like Fallout. Finishing the story is only a portion of the time I'd like to spend in this game.

And since there any enemies to encounter as your adventure the wasteland (except buggies), I can't simply roam endlessly as I'd like.
