For once I would have to say no. Except possibly the decision making option.

This game was so tethered and linear that it made Borderlands look like an MMO.

Why would you want a linear, cinematic action experience to be like fallout?

I'm just asking people if they want a deeper experiences with the other people in the game. I would like to get to know the mayor of wellsprings better.
