Browsing /x/ as i would normally do, i stumbled upon this thread that was about this forum in which people would post about games made by Bethesda. But the strange thing is, the users created their account using their real names, and even more suspicious is that their avatars are also real pics of themselves. From this point on, this forum would look extremely suspicious, but it gets even weirder. There are posts out of the thousands of people who post there about games that didn't even come out yet according to the post date. For example there is this one post in 2008 about the Dead money DLC for Fallout New Vegas which supposedly already came out in 2008 and they are already asking for the Dead money DLC.
As i continued to read more posts on /x/ on this subject, People came up with proof that the website was some sort of forum that copies the posts of other forums, and takes FB pics and names for the fabricated users.

It's some kind of automated forum copier that steals names and pictures from Facebook.

Yeah we had a thread on this a while back. Pretty weird still though.

There was a series of threads about this site a while back. My best guess is that it's some kind of ploy to get people to sign up for the "forum" and then pass on their e-mails to spammers or something.

I think it's also a good idea to have virus protection or malware protection if you visit that site.

Or both.
