3 disks, why? And general rant...

My question is, why is there 3 disks? The graphics were good, but i don't see them being good enough to need 22gb of data. The game is tiny compared to some.

As i've seen on here (and wish i read before buying) it's only taken me 16 hours to complete. I done all but 1 job board mission, all races except the rally ones. I'm a real scavenger, always searching, no power-play on my part.

Dead Island was a letdown, now this. I've been an ID fan since the original Doom on Windows 3.0, this is such a disappointment. Skyrim better be EPIC or i'm actually going to have to start spending time with my girlfriend.

The game has unique landscape and levels instead of the same textures repeated all over the game.
This increases the required space a lot and 22GB is actually way to less. That's why the graphics often look a bit blurry if you're near it because they needed to compress the textures even more to fit 3 DVDs, otherwise the game would be easily above 100GB.

Megatexture uses most of this space. I wish we had the uncompressed full size Megatexture (150GB as I've read)... That would be awesome!
Maybe id/Bethesda is gonna release a Blu-Ray Disc version of the game!? *hint hint*
