I will tell you a true story.
I will start by telling you some historic facts that I find interesting enough to note.

Near where I live there is a grove,the Longino Grove named after St. Longinus,the Roman soldier that hurted Jesus with his spear (Spear of Destiny).
This area became a grove at the latest 1980s,before it was just a plain empty space,neightbooring with the old cemetery of my city,built at the 18th century.
During the Nazi Occupation we had during WW2,the Resistance guerilla fighters where hiding the dead bodies of German soldiers by burying them there in a mass grave.

Fast forward to late 90s until today,the years I live.
There is a strange phenomenon happening in this grove after dusk.
Lets say you are in the Southwest edge of it. Some nights you might hear a drums rythm coming from its center.
When I heard this drum sound I got curious and started walking to its center. But when I got to the center there was nothing there,and I couldn't hear the drums sound anymore.
I decided to leave the grove by keep walking the same direction which is Northeast,at the other side I was before.
When I reached the NorthEast side,I heard the drums sound again,coming from the center.
This isn't explainable by physics laws.
How can you listen the sound while being on the edges of it,but not in the middle ? :spotted owl:

Because of that phenomenon I experienced I was biased for this grove.
Years later I was talking with a friend of mine that lives close and without ever having tell him anything about this story (I was thinking I might heard wrong,and I was afraid to tell it to anybody because I was afraid they will call me crazy), and our conversation brought this and he told me of a similar story.I was amazed and I thought (So was right,I'm not mad!)

Some years later than that I googled for this grove and I found out that it's too popular between those sites that deal with ghosts,cryptozoology,conspiracies and such stuff!
Some say they even saw ghosts... :bolt:
