Rage, Normal Playthrough

Ok, I basically rushed through it, and it took about 12 or so hours. I would like to say the graphics are exceptional, the gameplay is awesome, and yes the storyline blew. Disappointed by the end, and no boss fight, especially when I'm given BFG rounds. The end seemed rushed, and the storyline made me feel I was on a small asteroid instead of Earths Demise. I didn't check every corner, so I'm assuming there's more to the game. At this point, I feel the game was only 40% complete, however, I will let you know after I play it on hard, and check out every corner.

Another disappointment for me was the maps seemed singular, as if you only had one path you could take. How I hate the singular path games, but maybe things will change later for ID. I seriously don't understand why they didn't just make Fallout 4, and incorporate ID's shooter into it. Because basically it was like a premature Linear Fallout game. Don't get me wrong, the graphics, and gameplay brought the game the only justice I saw. I mean $65.00 for 12-15 hours of gameplay?

Was not a big fan of the vehicles being incorporated either, would have much rather of saw first person shooter survival, with brief vehicle transportation to get to places. It must have taken a lot of work however for the team to make those levels, they are beautiful by the way, so in light of a better hope I can understand it must have taken a lot of work to graphically make this game. I just hope they join with Fallout 5, and just incorporate your shooter into it. I would rate thus far after normal playthrough about a 7 out of 10, and as of now would have been happy paying $30.00 bucks for the game. However things may change after I play hard, and check all I can out..
