Improper ending has invalidated it's genre

We know RAGE is suppose to be something unique ... but more i see it it's just stuff mixed up. In the ... sense of it , but the game plays fine and im sure there's so much potential in the idea of it.

Anyways to share my validity with others - people wanting a final boss does show this game's a way more ADVENTURE than it is RPG and that's a fact - and i like adventures - that's the whole point im here.

But just do it right - this is really a bit weird - an adventure game without the final boss - what's the point of the adventure ? ... it's really does make the game feel like it was thrown up with different genres with all those RPG-style "accept or decline" "quests" ... there's nothing RPG about it , just the naming , it could be called a "task" , a little bit of that and this and that, some stuff must be made right some other stuff doesn't need to be strictly taken - because it doesn't fit. I hope rage 2 gets more it's own way than sticking to strict other genre naming rules and mehanics and indications ... it should feel more original.

It's like putting a car engine together but you don't take parts and stick them together - you customize the mehanics , but you don't suppose to take out the piston off the cylinder.

And also ... i hate invisible walls :P Walking down the cliff and falling to your death even if you lose game progress is way more fun than bumping to a stupid hidden wall 2 meters before the cliff edge.

Modding tooooooools :cookie: (the first ever thing i did with Crysis Sandbox 2 Editor is to open up SP maps and delete all invisible walls, they call them "solids" there)

This game just needs a few more tweaks and i think it ... it's great. The game's quality is in the hands of the last few months of the development.

(haven't played the whole game at all - waiting for perfect conditions - i have patience :P)
