Thing is, that map is a test of might and mental strength. Also known as, the AI will not help you. You have to 'He-Man' it so your teammates can be inclined on helping you out. If you have the DLC, this place is nothing compared to Saving Founder's Tower.

Honestly? I found saving founders tower the 2nd time (DLC map) much easier than Day Six Missile Hack even with bots. Must be a console difference? (I'm on 360)
