MLG Providence Starts Today

Looks like it will be the best MLG yet. As a forum of gamers, whether you scoff at the idea of competitive gaming as a sport or not, I suggest you at least check out what professional gaming looks like, especially Starcraft 2. I personally find competitive first person shooters boring, but the amount of strategy, mechanics, skill, and practice that goes into Starcraft 2 at this level is amazing. For a glimpse at the mechanics, watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4UTDudShDY and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVEvwNbeK6I And http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9A-s-MJ2Leo (short attention span, skip to 4:00). Part of what makes it a good spectator game is the incredible skill gap between even the the best non-professional players and the most mediocre professional players.

Now, enough Starcraft 2 plugging, and onto the schedules (all times in EST):

Sweet, are the SC2 games being streamed live?

I watch GLS on GOMTV regularly, which is harder than it sounds because of the time difference. :P
