Waking up with a headache

Post » Mon Nov 28, 2011 1:48 pm

Went to bed, not headache. Woke up with a splitting headache.

No not hungover at all. I didn't have anything to drink last night.

It's my prefrontal cortex that's throbbing.

A couple of aspirin and some coffee ought to do the trick but ugh.....seriously don't like waking up with a headache....especially on Saturday with the beautiful weather we have here in OKC!!

Sure it's not allergies? I've had random unexplained headaches turn out to be the result of some allergen in the air. Only thing that cleared it up was claritan.

Try a bowl of miso soup or some kind of salty drink / soup.

Japanese salted plum tea is also very good for this ( http://lacubic.com/tea_ume_tea.html )

Drink more water.

Won't help today, but will help tomorrow?

I usually end up with a headache on Wed. mornings because I don't drink enough on Monday nor Tuesday.

I think there's a few scenes in Saw III that might cover this..

Just be glad that sometimes you don't have a headache.

I always wake up with this sort of fatigued feeling. Like I'm tired, or something. It's so very strange.

No headaches, though. I think I'm immune to them.

It's possible....allergies have been awful lately but I don't usually feel it in this area.
