Hello I'm new to the forum and I'm struggling to find may way around a bit so perhaps you could clarify a couple of things.

Is the grey part at the top of each game forum with locked and official posts the same for every game like a header document that opens with each forum or is it different for each game forum? That sounds odd but when you hear what I'm looking for you'll understand why. I saw a list of posts for fansites that I want to look through but I don't know where it is. I'm sure it had lots of games with fansites listed for each but it just seems to be gone so while flicking through I started to wonder about the stucture of the forum and thought I should ask the question.

Where is that fansite thread btw?

No, the pinned topics are not the same for all sub-forums. Each sub-forum has their own set of pinned topics, though some are just redirect links.

The "grey part" at the top is different for every sub-forum. For example, here you'll find rules and general member info, whereas in New Vegas DLC you have fixes around common issues.

Not sure about watched threads - I've never used the feature. I was under the impression that you were emailed about updates.
