Yes and no really, the legalistic part of it is complicated.

In theory, probably. In practice, no. If the person didn't read the agreement, of course.

If, however, the person read and (fully) understood the agreement, I don't see why something like that couldn't happen, at least from a legal perspective.

It depends on what is in the agreement and how it relates to the product/service provided. Some really crappy EULAs have been upheld in court, but others have not.

There are a few that you agree that the company now owns your soul.

I don't know about you, but I read my iTunes service agreement the next time my iPhone updated after watching that episode.

Lol this reminds of me when I got my replacement iPhone and I had to sign a EULA. I asked if there was anything about human centiPads in it, and the guy was not amused at all.

If that scares you, watch the movie the episode was based, Human Centipede.

They could hypothetically try, but I doubt it would stand up in court. You can't expect consumers to look for trick clauses to scam them that bad that it would endanger life and limb. It would be utter anarchy, and even the most simple of EULA would need lawyers to go over it with people just to make sure they didn't agree to sell their kidneys or first born anything really. It's completely ridiculous. Has to be made within the context of a business, as well as human rights. Unless said participant makes it expressly clear they know what's going on and were not tricked/ignorant and do want to be a centipad.

I hope, or otherwise I have some EULA's I want to work on.

Pfft whatever site that must not be named. I don't think there's much that can really scar these battle hardened eyes. I'll act shocked for peoples sake though. :gun:

Ya every time I hear something about a centipede I think of that movie. I haven't watched it, but I have seen trailers and previews and that is enough for me..
