BOLOmod for Just Cause 2

So I heard of this thing called BOLOmod that lets you do some pretty cool things in JC2. But I have the game for PS3. So my question is: is BOLOmod available for PS3? If not, is there anything like it?

You won't be able to use mods on PS3, mods are generally exclusive to PC.
