A while back, my university switched to using Gmail. That was cool. I was using that email for my personal YouTube account. I used my old Yahoo email to manage my job's YouTube account.

Now GMail upgraded and incorporates Google Apps. Neat. Except YouTube isn't a Google App, so I can't use my university account to log into YouTube. It gave me the option of creating another GMail account to use. I like GMail, so I did it. Now I can't be logged into my email and YouTube at the same time because they're two different GMail accounts and conflict. If I'm logged into YouTube and try to log into my email, it logs me out of YouTube. If I'm logged into my email and try to log into YouTube, it tries to use my university email to log in and won't work. Since I'm using my oldest email for my work's YouTube account, I can't use that one.

This is the most frustrating thing I have dealt with when it comes to Google and YouTube.

Thought I'd just rant that out there. Anyone else have any issues like this or know of a work-around?

I tried, but I think my university email is a Google App itself, which makes you switch.

#4 is the message that should appear when you use multiple accounts. You choose which one you want to use. You signed in with gmail first, so that is your default account, but you have the option to always switch at sign in.

At least that is my understanding of multiple sign ins, I've yet to do it personally.
