I think you forgot the "functional" part. In fact, I think you forgot functionality in the driveway, and backed over it on your way to the internet.

I worry when a game seems to be killing its creators. Or even worse having US do it. Im playing through the latest Squenix incarnation of FF4 and I just cant help to think...These people are literally going to make me kill the old producers. Its like theyve chosen to stay just shy of actually replacing the posted news letters with Wanted: Hironobu Sakaguchi posters in all the bars/taverns/inn/wtf. I cant be certain but im pretty certain this game is going to have me killing some final boss that is in reality my poorly veiled hopes and dreams as a child.

so, in other words, "just a heads up, i can think of connection between something that is going on or is and something else. but these are not always accurate. squenix seems to be out on a quest to kill of that which made the original, pre-merger games, good. or even make up kill all of it in out games. i am worried squenix's games will make kill a boss who in older, pre-merger games, was in reality my poorly veiled hopes and dreams as a child."
