It took place in the future

The main character is a guy who was made by his parents actually "doing it", while most babies were being in genetics labs.

The main character's parents go for a 2nd child, who they (this time) have made from a genetics lab.

The main character and his brother always compete and his brother always won(except in the end of the movie) because he(main character's brother) was "genetically perfect" and didn't have any diseases or anything wrong with him. I also think the main character had a lung or heart problem

There is a really weird part where a male doctor tells the main character that he is a "nice size". Then the main character says something like "Yeah, you tell me that everytime I'm in here".

......

Then one guy ends up in a wheel chair or something like that and there is a part where one a guy saws his own or some other guys legs off to extend them, then he puts them back on.

Yeah so what movie is? lol

I've seen the movie before... I think. He becomes an astronaut or something, if I remember correctly. Good movie.
