After I logged in a few days ago I no longer see any avatars... not even my own. Did they remove this feature, or have I done something wrong? If I have done something wrong anyone know how to fix it?

Everyone's avatar is gone, including my Nord perusing the script of his favorite controversial play. Has to do with the potential security breach last Friday, most likely.

Due to a recent security breach avatars were taken down. They will eventually be back but no date has been specified so far :shrug:

How come a few members still have visible avatars?

Seriously though, do a forum search. This is the hundreth thread of this nature I've seen :cryvaultboy:

Their e-visages are so smexy that they can not be struck down even by the strength of the admins.

I think I remember someone stating its because they are linked to their facebook....possibly. I dont remember all of it.

The Admins felt that there was too much individuality on the board, something about assimilation and the Borg...

Unfortunately, with the situation that occurred late last week, something happened with the avatar piece. They are working on it, as far as I know. But no one has avatars for me. Some profiles have them - only on the profile page tho - and I think that depends on how you registered.

It is sad and confusing without avatars! How do I know who some of you are?

Either way, that's the basic answer, so I will lock this for now.
