Building PC

Yeah, these threads are popping up like shrooms on wake of Skyrim.

I decided that it is time to build up new PC what can handle Skyrim, so that I don't need update my PC afterwards like I had to do with Morrowind and Oblivion.

I'm done some research, but I've not been keeping up with latest tech in several years.
Here is some components I'm planning to take. But if someone has better options, I will gladly hear them.

Core i7 960 3,2 GHZ
6GB Tri-Channel DDR3-2000
GeForce GTX 590, 3GB GDDR5

I'm not that sure about rest of the build. But I do need everything since my old PC has nothing I can salvage.

So any suggestions about motherboard, monitor, cooling systems, and other stuff I need?

Edit: Foolish me, I forgot about budget :P
My budget is hanging around 1400-1800 Euro's
