Locked out of elderscrolls.com

So my birthday is 06-09-1993, right? Well, I accidentally typed in 09-06-11 and am now locked out of the site because it thinks I'm 17. Screw you Bethesda, that's 6 days away if it was my real birthday. Well, now an 18 year old can't get on their website, what can do short of deleting all my cookies and browser history? I'm considering cancelling my pre-order due to their unresponsiveness to this issue.

Is this a joke? You indicated (whether genuinely or by accident) that you were underage and legally not allowed to view certain aspects of their site and you're cancelling your pre-order for Skyrim because of this.

You will have to clear your browser cache and try again. The DoB is there for legal requirements,
