"The Most Beautiful FPS Ever"

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 8:03 pm

I've been following RAGE since PS3's official magazine PTOM started watching it. They have had exclusive interviews with the guys at ID, and lots of in-depth details regarding all of the factions that live in the world of RAGE. The auto element of the game has been described as "Arcade" driven and while there have been said to be some colorful NPC's, RAGE remains a shooter at heart. Looking forward to playing, and it seems that there is already a strong PC following for the game.

It is a beautiful game (But then again, what games isn't this year?) However it could be better, perhaps more sharper since some of the gameplay/texture seem a little blurry in some parts of the game. And I'm a macro guy  Also I noticed the vehicles don't have shadows, like I seen the shrouded gameplay and noticed when the vehicle was driving, it enter a shaded area yet the vehicle wasn't shaded at all, so hopefully they fix that. But it is a true spectacle indeed, especially since the game seems to show off the depth and distance between objects quiet well

I am sure the shading textures will come. You guys are all PC based right?

and if, you want the game to see how we see each other, but not so well, I hope to have supermultitextura ray tracing and for which there is no lack of texture

On a side note, I bought BORDERLANDS GAME OF THE YEAR and I cant help but wonder what ID has done versus 2K games. . .I am very pumped. Bethesda tends to publish games that I love so my faith is in them. . .

Search for "Playstation: The Official Magazine Issue # 036 September 2010 "Rage"

They even did a limited edition on the covers. If you have a subscription like me you got the Wasted clan on the cover. Newsstand issues had the rest of the clans on them. I wish I had gotten the Shrouded clan on the cover. They are no doubt the best clan in RAGE.
