OK im new to this forums. im very excited about Fallout Online but im confused about gamesas and Bethesda and Obsidian Entertainment...???

I know that Bethesda makes Fallout 3 which my favorite game...
than
after Fallout 3, Fallout new Vegas came out which is develop by Obsidian Entertainment?

so my question is: what is gamesas?? are they buying the game from Bethesda like Obsidian did??
Are they/you going to make the game like Fallout 3 & New vegas in 1st person? (I hope it is going to be like Fallout 3 and New Vegas)

P.S: I do like all the companies, they all make great games. Im not trying to be a hater
can't wait for this epic game
