I'm really stumped on this one guys (typing this from my work computer) I have not been able to connect to any of Bethesda website or forums for the past 2 weeks. This really svcks because it's where I come for all of my information on Skyim, Rage ect.. When I try to connect it just acts like my internet isn't even plugged in and just says that general "could not connect" message.

I have yet to try to connect to the sites on any of my other computers but I will try this as soon as i'm home. Any help will be greatly appreciated, and sorry if this is the wrong thread for this.

run cmd, type ipconfig /flushdns

You can verify this before you try it if you want. Type ping elderscrolls.com and copy down the IP address. When you get home do the same. If the two IP addresses don't match it's because your dns cache is outdated so you're trying to resolve the domain to the wrong IP address

Also, you should be able to just use a proxy to access the forums at home, so if the above isn't the case you can still access this forum through a proxy and we can try other things that may be the cause.
