is it going to be a "game for windows"

basicly im asking cas i like using a controler , and guss what, game for windows live means good control impute on the computer.

efffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff steam makes my computer lag (dont know why, since i have a good computer, but it does)
