When I was a kid, i'd say early to mid ninties, I remember sat on my bed watching TV. For some reason or other, despite it facinating me and staying with me, I only got to see a small part of whatever film or series this was. I don't recaal what; I just know i'm 23 and I still occasionally try to hunt down what it was.
It may have influenced my love of fantasy. Yet, I don;t know much about it, and am certain of even less.
Almost certain memories: It was animated. I'm almost certain it was a fantasy film or show. The hero was a young teen/boy and he falls down a set of stairs, I beleive in a castle, and is knocked uncontious. A woman/girl or ghost appears while he is out and I believe heals him. In my memory two human guards had found him but left him there.
Less certain memories: I believe his knee was hurt, and it was used to illustrate the healing. I seem to recall him having a fever or something. I faintly recall the steps looking like heavy duty stone, like to a cellar or dungeon. I recall a cave full of monsters of goblins, and I think the teen/boy was trying to save a Princess in said-cave. I know in later years it would remind me a lot of Zelda, though It wasn't that.
Ugh. It's been so long the meories I do have are getting foggy, i'm sure in another couple of years I won't even be able to provide bare details like this.
Anyone got any ideas?
