So here's the story: I have Skyrim pre-ordered and everything is paid off but I don't have my own system (not gonna say which one to prevent console wars). My buddy, who owns the system I play on, HATED Oblivion (he's only played that one) and thinks Skyrim will be the same way. But he likes Call of Duty so I'm thinking, should I transfer my money to MW3 since I know he'll like it more (I'll like it but I haven't been looking forward to it as much as Skyrim) and we can both play it? Now that I have a job I'll be able to earn enough to get my own system in a few months and get Skyrim then and I can play it whenever I want (I have to ask before I go play his system). :ermm:

Uhm... You are on the Skyrim forum, so I think most people gonna say Skyrim.
I would buy Skyrim before ANY other game

Don't give in the the CoD fad. Get Skyrim.

Call of Duty is stale. It comes out every year. Same old crap, different maps. However, I doubt anyone will every learn.

call of duty is the same rehashed thing every year. If you're gonna buy a shooter, buy battlefield 3. that one might actually be worth your while.

but anyway, your on a skyrim so expect skyrim answers above all. I'm no different.

Does your friend really care what you play on his system? Cause if not then just go ahead get the game you want the most.

I'm with this one. I didn't like Oblivion either (although I've played every other TES game on release day since Arena), so I'm going to wait to see if I dislike Skyrim in the same ways before I spend money on it.

I'm more concerned with why you would pre-order and pay off a game that you don't own a console for. But yeah.. to hell with MW.. and your friend*... :hehe:

Friends are temporary, Skyrim is forever.

Get Skyrim, then un-buddy your buddy. Or tell him to buy MW3 so you can have both.

I am of the opinion that Skyrim will be the first perfect game.

So... I'd say keep your money there.
