Skyrim Collectors edition or MW3?

Batman Arkham City---if you're lucky you might be able to get the bundel pack with Arkham Asylum :batman: .

I couldn't agree more. :) Even after all that Battlefield 3 hype I had, EA sort of ruined it, so I probally have way more time in Arkham city. It helps pass the time until Halo Anniversary comes out, now with only an occasional Battlefield 3.

I don't understand how people can justify a plastic statue and an artbook being worth 90 bucks.

I want Bethesda to take my money.

Some people are...collectors, I know it's shocking.

Actally intresting enough AA can be played in 3D on a 2D screen. It's not like how the 3D TVs are but the old red and blue linses but I think you need an HDTV and an HDMI cable to activate but I'm not sure if you even need that. AA (well the bundle I got) came with the classic 3D glasses.

Is the CE $90, or does it cost $90 more than the regular version?

$90 more, $150.

As a collector and someone that doesn't care for Call of Duty, I'd still go with getting both games. Even if it were for a game I was interested in, $90 extra for a statue and art book is ridiculous.

On that note, sell the book separately, Beth. I may not want your game, but I do want your art book.

It's $150, so $90 more than the regular game. For a gimmicky statue and an art book.

Nothing wrong with expensive CEs, but at least put some good stuff in them.

Yeah, I don't think it's worth it for that price.

Even though I don't like COD, I'd have to go for 2 games rather than a single CE game.

Can't you buy something better than COD to go with it though? Saints row or something?

No soundtrack CD in a collector's edition is blasphemy, especially at $150.

The collectors edition. As has been mentioned MW3 is very much like MW2 and would you rather support such lazy business practices as the salesmen of MW3 employ by selling their product on the brand alone year by year, or a company that spends 5 years carefully polishing a game and then even puts it up for the same price as the copy-paste games when it comes to the normal edition ?

Better get the collectors edition for Skyrim and then re-play MW2 or just any other modern FPS for that matter, played a few myself and they are nearly all the same, only so much depth you can give a game that revolves so much about shooting NPC's and so little about interacting with NPC's, and for the online modes people tend to stick around for all games I've found, the servers for older games don't go empty as soon as the next game in the series is launched.

Skyrim CE. There will be a new MW game before the summer so you can get the latest and greatest re-hash then.
