Spyro's still going, but according to anyone that liked the old games, the new one's [censored].

I'd love to see Naughty Dog do another Crash Bandicoot game, their ones were the only ones that I liked.

But Skyrim is a new game, that's why we talk about it and see it advertised. Nothing is stopping us from talking about Crash Bandicoot and Spyro...it's just that we all played them years ago and talked about them years ago.

Or Beyond Good & Evil where the sequel is just vaporware.

Spyro sure had its moments. Then they killed it. Come foul necromancy, a resurrection gone awry, and you have the Spyro monstrosity in Skylanders.

No, I think the series should stay dead than be revived by another developer. I loved Spyro, but once Insomniac left it should have ended forever.

But what's there to advertise? Besides Spyro's necromancy, and a few Sly Cooper rumors, we don't have anything new to advertise.

I mean if they announced a new game then it would get advertised.

I honestly think Jak and Daxter should have ended after the first game. It was a great game, and the games after that kinda ruined the series for me.

Yup. The first three Spyros on the PSX are the only ones worth playing.

Another awesome series that ended prematurely was No One Lives Forever. It and it's sequel are two of my all time favourite shooters. I'd love to see a third done in the same style.
