That means the Chaplain Corps anniversary is a few weeks away. You know how the story goes, first they made the marines, then they had to make the chaplains to get the marines in line.

Oo-rah!

Semper Fi -always faithful :yes:

Semper Gumby -always flexible

My perspective:

1. Scouted for 8+ years
2. Of those 8, only 1 spent Stateside
3. Ate dirt and sent rounds down range in 4 known theaters, a few others of which we do not speak
4. Lost 11 brothers and witnessed another 27 take hits
5. Wounded 3 times yet got back up and in the fight every time
6. Now an aging disabled veteran. I suppose what goes around...
... 7. And I don't regret one minute of my time in the Corps

I'm an Apetheist who never waved a flag. I wore it.
Therefore, November 10th is the only holiday I acknowledge.
