Is there a server list in Modern Warfare 3 like there was in Call of Duty 4 and not in Modern Warfare 2?

By server list, I mean http://cod6.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/cod4server.jpg.

Reading http://sledgehammergames.com/blog/category/modern-warfare-3, it seems that there is. But does the server list only have dedicated servers there... or all servers? But, also reading some comments on Youtube, it seems that there are no dedicated servers.

AFAIK there is a server browser AND IWnet matchmaking.

Servers are unranked though. You have to unlock stuff through matchmaking.
It's unlikely the PC will get ranked servers though. I've decide to pass on this game.

Oh, that svcks. Yeah, I'm not getting the game either then.
