Not sure if anyone else has seen this problem before.

The first indication that I got that something was wrong was when I never saw Abbott, who enables the knife mini game at the Second Chance Bar in Wellspring. Eventually I saw this character at another friend's place, but assumed that he simply had not spawned yet in my play through. However, I was told that he is available in the bar as soon as you enter, and while I see Sally, the card game fellow, and a few other filler NPC's, Abbot's table is clearly empty. I spent a long time on Google and found no mention of Abbott requiring any special conditions to spawn.

The next indication I got that something was amiss was when the Comet Bloom flower that is supposed to grow in front of the bridge to the Ghost Hideout was not there. Ever. I even started a new game to see if the flower would show up, but in my game, it never does.

Is there a solution or explanation for the types of discrepancies I'm seeing? Or is this just a series of bugs?

For reference, I am playing on an Xbox 360 console. I have tried installing, uninstalling the game, clearing the cache, deleting the patch, and starting a new game every time. Never does either the Comet Bloom or Abbot spawn.

Yeah abbot spawns after you complete a few quests. As for the flower ive personally never seen it. But I'm sure there's nothing wrong with your game. You might have to wait until you finish dead city
