I think Bethesda, AMD, nVidia, and id should compensate everyone on the forums they neglect for doing all their customer service for them. Even now I am on the Rage FB page helping people run their stupid game with the new drivers. *sigh* I have never seen someone from Rage respond to a single persons question.

A poor overworked guy just trying to help out when id hides from it's customers. Carmack today expressed surprise that the game was still broken in between tweets about his surround display and the Doom3 source code.

Customer service? What do you want them to do hold people's hands and tell them they aren't going to die. This isn't some soap opera and it isn't even the phone company. They've responded to a few posts here, made regular announcements, and are otherwise too busy I assume trying to fix the drivers and bugs. If you want someone to kiss your butt its illegal to pay for such things.

Now that's just not true; he did not express surprise, he just asked someone what was still broken for them. Doesn't look like hiding from customers either.
