Fact: Black Friday computer "deals" are almost universally "deals" on the worst computers you can buy as they need to get them off the floor as no one normally buys them. Last year I think I saw ONE core2duo laptop, no i-core laptops, and all the rest of the black friday "deals" on laptops were Pentiums :yuck:

Hmm. Thanks guys. Based on all this, I might just hold off until I can afford something better or have a better reason to invest in a pricey computer. In the meantime, I guess that's what friends (with XBoxes) are for. Bummer though.

That's a horrible computer. I can't believe they claim it is originally $999.00 for that hardware.

They know it's [censored]. That's why it's reduced to 149. This is how Best buy sells their stupid computers and why I never buy one from them ever again(the last 3 I've had were custom made from newegg).

Lucrezia - newegg; You could never go wrong there with building your own PC for cheaper and better.
