My hands are Potatoes.

Post » Fri Dec 09, 2011 2:59 pm

Did a strike roll around when the beta of Skyrim was going on? I'm betting not. What happened to the days of testing a game before release?

Not only do my hands look like potatos due to texture issues (without installing) Now my Breton who 'had' godly magic resistance through blood and added perks is getting thrashed everywhere (master difficulty of course ) :)

So with this patch I still have potato hands and now the one reason I liked my Breton is toast. :D

I think i'll go back to Morrowind the textures are better anyway.. at least there my hands resembled something more menacing, like a lump of clay.. or a cricket bat. I'll be shelving this game until I hear news of a patch to fix a patch. or a patch to fix the patch that was suppose to fix that patch but didn't. whichever comes first :)

Thinking about booting up darksouls again..

I could use some advice on good RPG's any ideas?

what will ya'll be playing while this mess is sorted out? Or are you going to stick with Skyrim despite the new nerf?

Something got past Bethesda's QA team?!?!? Sorry, I don't believe it. Can we just blame Obsidian again? :P

Dark Souls? You're going to stop playing Skyrim because of patch problems to play Dark Souls?

It'll end up an endless cycle! Dark Souls needs a patch badly, play Skyrim. Skyrim needs a patch badly, play Dark Souls. :ahhh::

Spoiler
It's on the 'locked' fifth map. The reason it, umm... deceases when you try to run the map is cause the patrol car intercepts you when you are on your way there.

Why has the Fleetwood Mac song "Somebody's Gonna Get Their Head Kicked In Tonight" just popped into my head? It does sometimes feel a little... fraught.

I think it's more like:

"Wearing armor? Psh, yeah, whatever. You're just abusing and exploiting the game mechanics by making enemies do less damage to you. Cheater."

Sounds like the Fallout forum when someone says they love to use Power Armor.
