Looking for some computer accessories

Post » Fri Dec 09, 2011 11:19 am

I'm looking for some hardware for my computer, mainly a keyboard, a mouse, a decent DVI cable (should I go DVI or keep using my HDMI), and a set of external speaker, and some good USB extenders.

My headset it a http://www.everythingusb.com/images/list/logitech-g35-headset-review-both-sides.jpg and my computer case is an http://www.gamingnexus.com/Images/News/jpwimm17932/2.jpg so I would like the stuff to match the black and red angular theme. With either no lights or red lights.

I have a bit of money to spend but I prefer a total under 250 US Dollars, with my priority being in the Keyboard and Mouse, the cables and speakers can be cheaper.

Thanks in advance.

I'd get a mechanical keyboard, that's what I'm going to do next.

The Logitech MX518 is the mouse I'm using now and it's great. I think I still like my old Deathadder more, but this one feels sturdier and costs quite a bit less.

Get the cables you need from http://www.monoprice.com/. Cheap and as durable as anything else.

I don't know enough about speakers, especially not in this price range.

Forgot some crucial information:

I exclusively play FPS, with the odd platformer, puzzle game or RTS mixed in.

I would prefer a largish mouse (use Razer Naga as an example on size) and a right-handed mouse, none of that ambidextrous crap.

Also Razer Deathadder, does it come in red?
