Has this happened to anyone else? I'm playing Brink on the PS3. Had two characters, one at level 18 or so and another at level 12. I'd played the game about a week ago. Turned it on last night and I was greeted with the Save the Ark/Escape the Ark screen. My characters were both gone! A portion of my muliplayer data is showing on the http://battle.brinkthegame.com/ site, so clearly I HAD characters at some point. I'm resigned to the fact that my characters are gone; has this happened to anyone else? I really do not want to create & level up characters only to have them be deleted again.

Someone on xbox complained about this, although he gave no further info. I wish I could be of actual help.
