Player accounts for stats haven't been created yet, they're almost ready though.

For the Doom DLC I had issues with it at first as well on Xbox. What I did was log into the game and on the main menu push the middle "menu" button on the controller. The went all the way to the left most screen and clicked "Redeem Code" and put in my code and it worked. It didn't work outside of the game for some reason.
