I entered the codes, downloaded it, I have started Rage and i'm in the Ghost hideout, where is my DLC?

Remember to add the DLC codes to Steam individually as if they were a game on their own. Once registered, Steam should automatically start downloading the DLC for the game, whether that be the Anarchy Edition Content or the Sewers Mission DLC or both.
