So yeah, I'm eight months from an upgrade and my Ally just died. I've been having issues with this phone for a while but since I was out of the factory warranty I was hoping it'd get me to August of 2012. But, it just gave me a big FU by deleting all of my contacts and saying, 'Hmm..I know you have nothing installed on me because you rooted me and deleted the bloatware but I HAVE NO MORE MEMORY!!!"

Yeah, it's rooted but only "partially" I'm not running any roms. I only rooted it to uninstall crappy software like Facebook, Twitter and just stuff I had no intentions of using. Ever. I do have the insurance on it so, what exactly does this cover? Since my phone pretty much stopped working; I can't accept or make text messages, can't make phone calls (I can receive..I think) so, can I turn this hunk of (censored) in under the insurance?
