Hey all, so in short, I'm trying to edit a video using Windows Live Movie Maker (Windows 7) or VideoSpin (15 day trial). I'm trying to completely black out an image (or replace it with something else) but keep the audio i have. It's an .avi file i believe.

I've clipped the part i want, so i could delete it if i wanted, but if i do that, the audio goes too.
I've tried changing it's Brightness in Movie Maker, but it doesnt go down far enough.
I tried to record the audio from my PC, and just grab that part, and then I could put a blank/black image in Movie Maker, but I have no way to record audio from my PC.
I tried to google this and find ways to do any of these, but no luck.

Also, to satisfy curiosity, I'm trying to filter out all swearing and suggestive scenes from a video clip. At the moment theres a scene with lots of boobage, and words that need to be heard... Which is why im trying to get rid of the image, but preserve the audio.
