I'm nearly finished this game but want to get the Obsessive Compulsive achievement. I've beaten all races, all job board missions, found almost all cards and jumps, etc. I went back to Wellspring and just now realized I haven't completed the side mission where I have to turn in 20 feltrite to that guy in the bar. Problem is, I've already cashed in all the feltrite I've collected throughout the game since I didn't know about this quest. I recall driving through the wasteland and feltrite would fall from the sky at random occasions ... will this happen again? I would imagine that the feltrite from all the missions I've already completed won't re-spawn, and I've checked with shop vendors and they don't sell feltrite, so I think I'm hosed on this one. Is there any way for me to get 20 feltrite this late in the game?
