So what movies are you guys looking forward to this holiday season? I hope to see a lot while I'm home with my girlfriend and am interested in seeing what everyone is looking forward to.

Let me start off with a recommendation. We got an advance screening of War Horse yesterday and it was a really good movie, definitely a good holiday 'heartwarmer'. I definitely look forward to seeing it again with my girlfriend.

I'm half interested in Mission Impossible because last time I checked it had a pretty good Rotten Tomatoes rating. I haven't seen any of the Mission Impossible movies, do you think I could go into this one and enjoy it or would I need a background to understand?

I also plan to see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, I'm especially excited about the soundtrack since it's done by the same team that did The Social Network (Trent Reznor!).

Should be a good movie season.
